I swear it was just August three minutes ago! Here we are at the end of the year. Goodbye 2016 hello 2017! Are you ready? What are your goals and how do you plan to reach them?
This next year is especially important because we will be entering into a new presidency. One that will surely be filled with surprises. It is your duty to get your house in order so that no matter what the new administration comes up with you are prepared.
Before you even make a list of the things you want to do next year, think of some of the goals you have or wanted to complete in the past. What went wrong and what went right. It is important to reflect so that you are able to identify the behaviors you should continue and the ones that must come to a halt.
Create a Vision Board
Most of us are vision people. Turn your list of goals into a collage of images that will motivate you on a daily. I will be hosting a vision board party on January 7th to help others create vision boards. Vision Boards are about more than pasting a bunch of pictures together. Each image must be directly related to your goals.
Once you have your realistic goals it is time to act them out. Keep yourself accountable by creating short term benchmarks for you to reach. For example if your goal is to lose 50lbs by the end of the year than you should try to lose 5lbs each month. When you break your goals into smaller terms they become m more attainable!
I will be here to support you throughout this year and to keep you accountable. Comment below some of your goals for 2017!
